Founded in 2018, Mind of Fire was created in response to the overwhelming number of one-size-fits-all solutions being offered in the market. We recognized that the fire service deserved something more — training rooted in cognitive science, real-world experience, and a genuine understanding of what it means to make life-or-death decisions under extreme pressure.
